1. Seller and scope

2. Ordering and contract formation
Select the product variant and quantity, add it to your basket, then review your details and the full cost at checkout. You may change quantities, remove items and correct your details before submission. Accepting these terms does not give marketing consent.
“Place order and pay” submits your offer. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; a contract is formed when we separately confirm acceptance. If electronic acknowledgement does not arrive within 48 hours, you are released from your offer. Where no payment method is available, online payment cannot be completed.
Contracts may be concluded in Hungarian or English. Order details are stored electronically and confirmations are sent by email; registered customers can also view orders in their accounts. Save or print these terms using your browser. Language choice does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
3. Prices, payment and tax
The Hungarian storefront uses HUF and the English storefront EUR. Changing language also changes currency; review the final total before ordering. Delivery charges are shown separately. We do not preselect paid extras. Applicable tax and the final amount payable must be established before acceptance of a contract; a foreign delivery address or EU VAT number alone does not create an automatic tax exemption.

4. Delivery, withdrawal and defective goods
Our returns information explains the 14-day withdrawal right, model notice, return address, reimbursement and statutory remedies. Consumer conformity rights generally last two years. Repair or replacement is normally the first remedy; where statutory conditions are met, a proportionate price reduction or termination is available. Any applicable mandatory warranty remains unaffected.
5. Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact us by email, post or the support form. Written consumer complaints receive a reasoned response within 30 days. If rejected, we provide details of the relevant authority and conciliation body. Consumers can use the competent Hungarian conciliation body's free procedure, with which we cooperate. Current contact details are available from the Hungarian consumer protection authority. You may also approach the competent authority or a court.
6. Privacy and governing law
See our privacy notice. Hungarian law applies without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence.
